Daniel M. Morales is the founding member of The DM Law Firm, PLLC. Daniel founded this firm to provide his clients with the high quality representation they deserve. Daniel believes that the practice of law should be driven by the zealous advocacy of clients for the client, not solely for monetary gain.
He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies and received a Bachelors of Science in Political Science in 2015. Daniel decided to stay in Gainesville and attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he attained multiple Dean's List Honors. Before opening this law firm, Daniel's first legal opportunity was with a busy solo practitioner where he gained valuable courtroom experience and worked directly with clients. He represented major automobile dealerships, insurance carriers, and transportation companies during this time. His practice areas included General Liability Defense, Personal Injury Defense, Insurance Defense, Construct Defect, and Automobile Liability.
Daniel continued working in the insurance defense industry at a mid-size law firm with offices in three major cities. Daniel represented insurance carriers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals. He also managed personal injury matters in slip and fall and rear-end collision cases.
During his free time, Daniel enjoys boxing. He is a collegiate national boxing champion. He has since retired from competitive boxing.
Mr. Morales is an active member of the Florida Bar.
